Eurovangelism partners in Sarajevo, Bosnia, have written to us with terrible news of persecution and ask for urgent prayer.
"We need your prayers for strength and protection as we are facing a number of spiritual attacks and persecution. It never was an easy task to minister in Bosnia and Herzegovina as we experienced threatening phone calls, breaking in our church buildings, legal difficulties and so on in the past years.
The last several weeks have been extremely hard. One man has turned away from the Truth and has begun a long series of attacks. He has sent a large number of emails with all sorts of accusations and untruths to church leaders in the region, has published a terrible article in two newspapers, all with the purpose of destruction. At the beginning he was attacking me and my family, but soon after that he attacked other church leaders and people involved in ministry. It goes on and on.
Our brothers from Split, Croatia have been an encouragement and support to us.
Please pray for our family, our local church in Sarajevo, churches in Bosnia and Herzegovina, for strength and protection. We serve the mighty Lord who is in control."
