Summer Camps

It is estimated that 80% of Christians made a commitment to Jesus before they were 15 years old. Working with children must be a priority for the church and summer camps can play a key role in developing the spiritual lives of children and young people.

For that reason every year Eurovangelism sponsors children from deprived areas so they can attend summer camps. Many of these children live in terrible poverty and will never have had a holiday or heard that God loves them. The camps through their use of games, activities, drama and bible teaching can have a huge impact on the children and many give their lives to Jesus.

Last year Eurovangelism sponsored children to attend camps in Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Poland and Russia.

A gift of £70 gives a child that would have no possibility of attending a camp the chance to experience all the fun and fellowship of camp as well as hearing about Jesus' love for them.
